2. Software Refund Policy

Since Akrut Jewellery ERP is a digital software product, once access to the software or license is provided, the service is considered delivered and refunds cannot be issued.

3. Physical Products Refund Policy

Akrut may also sell hardware or related products such as barcode printers, scanners, RFID devices, or other accessories.

Customers are advised to carefully review their order before confirming payment.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances such as:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Incorrect amount charged by mistake
• Product not dispatched and order cancelled within a reasonable time

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before the product is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation and refund will not be possible.

7. Subscription Cancellation

However, previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
